Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kāntimay™, every piece is made with care and intention. Since many of our products are printed and crafted on demand, we maintain a clear and transparent refund and cancellation process to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small production team.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them — provided they have not yet entered the processing or printing stage.

  • Once an order has been confirmed for printing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at sharmajatin345@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Kāntimay™ reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable or discontinued,

  • There are pricing or listing errors, or

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
    In such cases, you will receive a full refund.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Once verified, you may choose between:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items

The following are not eligible for refund, replacement, or cancellation:

  • Made-to-order or customized products (including limited edition prints)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or washing

Please note: Minor color variations (due to lighting or display differences) do not qualify as defects.


4. Return Process

If your refund or replacement request is approved:

  1. Our support team will provide return instructions.

  2. You must ship the product back in its original condition within 7 days of approval.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue the refund or dispatch the replacement.

Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer, unless the error was from our side.


5. Refund Timeframe

After we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received it within that time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  • Recheck your payment account

  • Contact your bank or card issuer
    If you still haven’t received it, email us at sharmajatin345@gmail.com, and we’ll help you resolve it.

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .


Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
